4-H Life Skills Pocket Cards Set – Head, Heart, Hands and Health

This package is set of all four 4-H Life Skills Pocket Cards: Head, Heart, Hands and Health. Each set is a durable 3x5 pocket-sized version of the 4-H Life Skills Sheets and can be easily transported and used anywhere. 4-H leaders and other volunteers working with youth can use these resources with club members to help connect life skills learned through hands-on 4-H projects to real-life experiences. These pocket cards are designed to travel with you and help youth understand how they are developing life skills related to all the areas of the Targeting Life Skills Model. Full size versions of the 4-H Head, Heart, Hands and Health Life Skills Sets are available as a free download on the Michigan State University Extension website.
