All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and MSU holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Diploma frames ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow three to five weeks for delivery.
Sometimes, carrier delays due to weather or situations outside of our control may occur.

MSU campus delivery
Campus delivery is available for orders within the 48824 and 48825 zip codes. For personal orders there is a $1.50 charge. Delivery for departmental orders placed using an MSU account number is free.
Deliveries are made from 7:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at University Stores (located in the Angell Building) at 166 Service Rd., East Lansing, MI 48824. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We ship internationally, using UPS Worldwide Expedited, which takes two-three weeks.
Shipping, not including any taxes, tariffs or import duties, is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Orders are shipped shortly after payment is received.
Taxes, tariffs, and import duties will be billed separately to the customer by UPS prior to delivery of the package(s).
To view the list of countries available for shipping, create an account by clicking the “My account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup, we’ll ask for your shipping address details, including country. We ship to any country listed in the dropdown menu.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
