of the job responsibilities of county staff is to provide oversight for 4-H
financial matters. This manual is intended to provide county 4-H staff with the
information necessary to fulfill that job responsibility. It is important staff recognize there are two
additional manuals in this set: one for adult leaders and one for youth
and adult treasurers. The expectation is that staff will familiarize themselves
with the requirements in all three manuals, regardless of whose role it is.
This will help to ensure that staff can properly guide volunteers and members
in 4-H financial matters.
