Description
This workshop kit helps explain how working in various project areas can help young people develop key life skills such as goal setting, responsible citizenship, conflict resolution and leadership. This workshop kit includes a workshop CD with all materials needed including facilitator guide, instructor resources, PPT presentation, hands-on learning activities, participant handouts and evaluation. The workshop is designed to be done in three time formats of 30, 60, and 90 minute options so that adult participants come away with a solid understanding of how to connect the skills youth gain while participating in 4-H projects. An overview for each option is included on the workshop CD. The kit also includes a sample of the 4-H Life Skills pocket cards. (15 cards, electronic presentation, 2012)
