How do I return an item?
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange**. Products must be sent back in new/unused condition with the original invoice. Perishable items, customized products and open CD/DVD cannot be returned. No shipping fees will be refunded. A refund or exchange will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact customer service at 800-709-9195 or by email at email@example.com. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
** For convenience during the holiday season, the return period has been extended. Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Please indicate the replacement size on the original invoice included with the return. Additional shipping charges will apply. Replacement products will be sent within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise and we are unable to guarantee shipping time or product availability. For fastest service, order the replacement product online at www.shop.msu.edu.
Please note that although our flags are suitable for outdoor use, constant exposure to the elements for extended periods of time will cause damage. Because weather and wearing conditions vary, the life of each flag is different. Any request for refund or exchange of flags must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Diploma frames are custom-made upon order and are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
