Enjoy this pure, natural honey from the hives of the Department of Entomology at Michigan State University. Our honey is made on the campus of MSU from native wildflowers, alfalfa, clover, and basswood. This raw honey has not been processed and contains all of the natural nutrients and enzymes of pure honey. It is pleasing and mild in taste with a light to medium amber color.

Best honey December 10, 2012

I've tried many brands of honey in my baked goods and for eating. This holds in my baked goods and the flavor is exceptional. The price is very good for the quality. The honey has not crystalized in storage it retains it's character very well. Delightful in my English tea.
