Shipping and Returns

Holiday Shipping Guide

To make sure your package arrives when you intended it to this holiday season, please make note of the shipping deadlines outlined below.

Domestic Shipping

Where can I pickup my order?

Customers selecting “in-store pickup” as their shipping option will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up at the fulfillment center during regular business hours. Directions to the fulfillment center and business hours can be found by visiting Store Location & Hours.

How do I return an item?

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Perishable items and open CD/DVD cannot be returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original invoice. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake. A refund/exchange will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA #, please contact customer service at 517-355-6610 or by email at sales@shop.msu.edu. (For convenience during the holiday season, the return period has been extended. Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned within 60 days.)
