| Accommodations for Religious Employees On-demand Webinar
If you were unable to join us for the live webinar session – no worries! MSU’s School of Labor and Industrial Relations is offering the on-demand webinar: Accommodations for Religious Employees.
This on-demand webinar will deliver the same materials and audio presented during the live session and also includes the original eGuidebook, a handy resource for you to refer back to again and again.
Explore the duty of an employer to accommodate the religious beliefs and practices of employees. Review the EEOC's recently created guidelines for employers, as well as recent cases which define employers' obligations to accommodate. The scope of what constitutes "religion" is covered, as well as what accommodations are reasonable, and when accommodations would cause an employer undue hardship.
