Preventing Retaliation Claims On-demand Webinar

If you were unable to join us for the live webinar session – no worries!   MSU’s School of Labor and Industrial Relations is offering the on-demand webinar:   Preventing Retaliation Claims.

This on-demand webinar will deliver the same materials and audio presented during the live session and also includes the original eGuidebook, a handy resource for you to refer back to.

Explore the federal and state law protections against retaliation for an employee who asserts a legal right or supports the claim of another.  The growing number of cases where employees successfully assert a claim of retaliation will also be reviewed.  The information provided will better equip you to identify which activities of employees are protected against retaliation, and learn how to justify an adverse action against any employee even if they have asserted a claim.
